Following alleged Anambra Police Command’s refusal to get involved in murder case linked to a mother and her two sons, the alleged murders who reportedly killed their daughter and sister have been banished by the people of Umuike Obuofu, Awka ,Anambra State today.
It was gathered that the suspects who were caught today trying to secretly bury their daughter and sister today, killed the deceased few days ago and have not been able to bury her due to prying eyes of residents of the Anambra community.
However the stench from the decaying body of the deceased, drew the attention of residents who caught them red-handed during the secret burial. The dead lady has been buried by the villagers. Here are photos below;
Recall that we reported few days ago that a 17-old boy identified as Emmanuel Gyan, has been arrested for allegedly killing his mother over a missing memory card at Wassa in the Western Region, Ghana.
The accused, on Monday January 15, allegedly accused the mother of taking his memory card and subsequently confronted her on the missing item. The deceased, Faustina Agyeiwaa, 52, denied any knowledge of the missing memory card but Emmanuel wouldn’t take the mother’s plea.
According to Wassa Police, Isaac became furious over the matter and attacked the mother with a pestle, hitting her on the head several times. Not satisfied with the beatings, Emmanuel removed firewood from a nearby fire, burned the mother with it until she succumbed to the injuries and died on the spot.
Recall also that a young boy simply identified as Caleb also butchered his mother in Benin City, Edo State.
The tragic incident happened at Iyamu Street off Textile Mill Road in Benin City. According to online report, the boy killed his mother and completely smashed her head with a bottle for refusing to give him money.
